EC: Yes, we have the body and those conditions that disturb the body physically in the present.

As seen, there are those poisons from poor eliminations, and the lack of the proper functioning of the excretory system as respecting the digestive system; these conditions arising in the present under the strain that has existed in the body mentally and physically, and thus present those conditions which disturb the physical equilibrium of the body.

In the present we would use those properties that have been given for the absorption of poisons from the system, and for the elimination of same through the alimentary canal; using then as this:

One day tablespoonful Milk of Bismuth. The next tablespoonful Milk of Magnesia. The next those properties with phenol-phthalein content, that, would slush or flush the system with a stimuli to the central circulation.

We would take also each day the olive oil to produce for the lymph of the digestive system that proper balance which supplies the activity for the peristaltic movement of the muscular forces throughout the intestinal tract.

Be mindful that the diet is sufficiently well-balanced to supply those needs in the replenishing system; of these we are speaking from the physical activities of the body.

As to those activities that pertain to the mental forces, either be on the one side or the other; either KNOW that in which thou hast given that faith and confidence, else be rid of those conditions that would make for the continued reactions which present elements within the mental forces of the body that produce those things which bring the activities in the self for the clogging or choking of those forces that make for the abilities of the activities in the psychic active-force of the body. Keep the way open for the mental and physical to act in such a manner as to bring for the better conditions for the body.
