EC: Yes, as we find, as has been given, we need to keep those eliminations through the alimentary canal and the respiratory system in such ways and manners as indicated; that the poisons may be ELIMINATED from the system. These are, as has been said, accumulations from overeating and not caring for the exercises that were taken at some periods, see?

(Q) What causes, and what should be done for, the pain near the heart? and shortness of breath? (A) Done what has been indicated. Been produced by the accumulations of poisons and gas, by the exercise on that area, in the system.
