This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th St., Virginia Beach, Va., this 12th day of February, 1926, in accordance with request made by self - Edgar Cayce.

Time of Reading 9:40 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. …, Va.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for the relief and improvement of same, telling the cause of the abnormal conditions at present. You will answer any questions I may ask you.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. This we have had before. The physical conditions are the outcome, or that merited in the physical forces from those negligencies of the physical attributes of the body, such as have been outlined for the body as heretofore.

3. That as is necessary to create that equilibrium that will bring about the normal functioning of the system are as those things, as have been given, with the addition of those properties to the system that will bring about the NORMAL eliminations, rather than having those toxins carried back into the system, becoming a portion of certain centers or ganglia that are under stress or strain at the time, that gives the excruciating pains to the body, as is seen in occasional movement of the physical, see?

4. Applying then those vibrations, as has been given, in the way and manner as has been given, with those properties to produce the normal eliminations through the intestinal tract, and giving the digestive system that strength to produce that necessary equilibrium for the eliminations to be carried in their normal manner from the system. Keep intestinal tract open, adding charcoal - bismuth - and those properties to the system that will cause the system to function more normal, see?

5. (Q) What quantity of charcoal and bismuth, and how often? (A) Charcoal - Stewart’s [Stuart’s?] Tablets very good. Bismuth - that as would be found in the Bismuth Tablets, see?

6. (Q) Is the battery carrying the gold having the desired effect on the body? (A) Having the desired effect when applied in the proper manner. As is seen, these should be, the anodes taken from the solution when not in use, and put back in place about thirty to forty minutes before put in use again, see? keeping solution tightly corked, for, as we see, this adds to the solution, yet when left alone becomes as a corrosive, without giving the full vibration, giving then a deflected vibration, rather than direct.

7. (Q) Have the anodes been hurt by being left in solution so far? (A) No, not hurt. Should be cleansed.

8. (Q) Does the body smoke too much? (A) Smokes too much yet.

9. (Q) Is the body taking the right diet now? (A) Not taking any right as present [Humor?], but the diet as general is very good.

10. (Q) How often should the Bismuth Tablets be taken? (A) Twice a day.

11. (Q) And the Charcoal? (A) Twice a day. Not together. Opposite from each other, see?

12. (Q) Any other suggestions for the relief and improvement of this body? (A) Drink more water.
