The physical conditions as cause the stress on the body are produced from cold and congestion in the system, especially through the alimentary canal. Too much foods taken for the exercise, and the body, with congestion already in system, adding more through cold, produces the pressure. We only need flush the system with any condition that creates more of that of the mucus producing serums through the intestinal system. A good big dose Epsom Salts be well for the body, see?
