1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with suggestions for the improvement of same. You will answer any questions I might ask regarding same.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here. We have had this before. Now, we find in the general physical forces of the body, the physical conditions are nearer to normal than we have had them for many a day, or year; for those conditions as exist in the eliminating centers of system are near to a normal condition, as are assimilations, and the general condition very much improved and near to normal.

3. In the mental worries and forces of the system, these bring about disturbances in the body, and these should be left off, if the body would keep in a physically fit condition. For those forces as manifest through the physical condition of the body it is necessary that the body be in a way and manner through which there may be the least resistance, or the better channel for such operations.

4. (Q) How may the body better leave off the mental worries or go about to eliminate them? (A) Fill the mind with something else!
