-
GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
-
EC: Yes, we have the body, [3015].
-
As we find, conditions are advanced so that little of curative forces may be given at this time.
-
We find that the greater help might come from the use of the cobra venom to ease the pain, and this may only be administered under the direction of a physician.
-
Then after this has taken effect, by a use of this for a week, - if the body responds at all, - we find that the bee venom treatment would be well for that character of neuritis, or arthritis AND neuritis, that exists.
-
But we see little response from this, save as to ease the pain of the body.
-
Ready for questions.
-
(Q) What is the cause of this condition? What has brought it about? (A) It has been long coming on, or has existed for some time. The development of the conditions is from the lack of the body’s ability to eliminate properly. This is partly karmic, partly psychopathic, and partly of a purely pathological nature.
These, as we find, if there are the abilities to obtain cooperation, may bring the greater responses to the body.
- We are through for the present.

B1. 3/29/43 Letter from sister, Mrs. […]: “This letter comes to you to plead for one who is helpless, and needs your help. It is for my brother, [3015] who for 2 whole years has been on his back, in bed, in such pain as you would not believe it possible for a human being to bear. He is now only 30 years old. His illness first began to show itself 6 yrs. ago. For a long time doctors did not seem to know what it was, but when he was forced to his bed 2 years ago, and after spending many months at 2 hospitals, the diagnosis was given as a severe form of arthritis. Every method of cure known to medicine has thus far been unavailing. He grows worse and his pain increases. By now, there is no part of him, from head to toe, that is free of pain; such pain as it is impossible to describe, or even to believe, unless you have seen it. From a tall, perfectly healthy and very athletic young man, he has become a mere skeleton of 90 lbs. - 90 lbs. of agony. Oh, please, please, Mr. Cayce, with tears I beg you, take this case to your heart. Please give it your attention at the earliest possible time, for every moment of delay is another moment of agony for my poor brother. His name is [3015] and he lives with my sister, Mrs. […], …, Conn. (His wife left him.) God bless you, Mr. Cayce, and grant you may discover some help for my brother. Perhaps the doctors’ diagnosis is incorrect, or the proper treatment has been overlooked. You may have it in your power to uncover the mystery of my brother’s illness.”
B2. 4/26/43 Letter from other sister, […]: “My sister, Mrs. […], wrote you about our brother [3015] who has been an invalid for 2 yrs., and lives at my house here in … She forwarded us the booklet you sent her. I have gone over the contents with my brother and he is most anxious to apply for a rdg. But please, Mr. C., may I make a plea to you? My brother suffers terrible pain every minute, 24 hours a day. If ever there was an emergency case this is one, so place, won’t you give it your earliest attention? Ever since we heard of your work we have felt that you have been heaven-sent to help my brother. God bless you for your efforts.”
