GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time, with further suggestions for corrective measures; answering the questions, as I ask them:

EC: Yes, we have the body here, [303]; this we have had before.

The low resistance and those tendencies or warnings that have been given, in those things as of the mental self respecting conditions, have produced a congestion that may be rather serious for the body.

We would at once prepare an Antiphlogistine Poultice; this rather heavy, on gauze, and put between the shoulders and up to the back of the neck, - this extending down to the lower portion of the lungs on the back, see? Just along the middle of the back but up to the back of the neck, see, at least to the 2nd or 3rd cervical, and then down to that area opposite where the breast bone would be - but more in the central portion of back than over shoulders, see? This is to act upon the nerve forces there. Let this remain overnight.

On the frontal portion we would put an Onion Poultice, for activity to the circulation through the breast, the chest and the lungs, see? Use large onions chopped rather fine, and heated - not cooked, but heated so as to get the juice out of same though leave the juice in the poultice, see. Mix with a little yellow corn meal, about a tablespoonful, - this prepared on gauze that would extend from the throat down to the end of the breast bone, and spread across the chest - not over the breast but across the chest, around the breast, see? In four to five hours change this, make another fresh Onion Poultice and apply. There should not be required more than the one change, but do put on a fresh poultice in about four to five hours.

If it becomes necessary for the physician, beware of the sulfa drug for this body.

Take a little red wine, or egg and a little spirits frumenti, a little milk, and something of this nature.

Beef juices. Juices of vegetables, cooked - however - for the body in the present.

Do start eliminations; this best at the present time with a saline solution, or minerals rather than vegetables - for most of the diet should be vegetable juices and those of that nature. Hence for the eliminations we would use such as Eno Salts, Sal Hepatica, or Rochelle Salts, or something of that nature as an eliminant.
