This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at the office of the Association, Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 24th day of July, 1944, in accordance with request made by friend, Mr. David E. Kahn, Active Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we find conditions are very serious and there are quite a number of complications.

3. As we find, before we would undertake the present prognostications which are to be carried out, we would apply for at least thirty minutes a pack of Tartaric Acid over the abdomen. Spread this about one-half inch on gauze. Put on body, then wring a cloth out of warm water - not too hot - the size of the gauze should be sufficient to be placed over the whole of the abdomen. Spread this on, put a dry cloth over it and leave for thirty minutes.

4. We should find this should alleviate the gas, the accumulations, the excess of the lymph circulation. Then it may be necessary to follow through with those things which have been determined.

5. These offer the better conditions as we find for the body.

6. We are through with this Reading.

B2. 7/24/44 Phone request by friend David E. Kahn: Been critically ill with pneumonia since June 29th - gave him sulfa drugs in the beginning, had no apparent effect - been using oxygen tent almost from the beginning - seemed some better yesterday but took a turn for the worse today.
