(Q) Is there a decrease in the congestion? (A) There is a decrease in the congestion.

(Q) Has the condition of the gall duct improved? (A) It has improved but has not been cleared entirely yet. There needs to be the carrying out of those applications suggested, at least once a week yet, for a while.

(Q) What can be done to improve vision? (A) The head and neck exercises taken regularly and consistently will improve vision. Take these morning and evening: Standing or sitting erect, bend the head forward three times, backward three times, to the right three times, to the left three times, then circle to the right three times, circle to the left three times. Do this consistently, not just haphazardly, each night before retiring and each morning before dressing.

(Q) Should osteopathic treatments be continued; if so, how often and how many? (A) As indicated, about once a week until there are better reactions from the regular eliminations of body.
