This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 23rd day of November, 1929, in accordance with request made by self - Mrs. [337].

[Edgar Cayce; Mrs. Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno. Mrs. [337], Mrs. [433], Mrs. Goldburg, Dr. Hansen, Dr. Berger, Mr. [5417], and Mr. L. B. Cayce.]

Time of Reading Cayce Hospital, 2:00 P. M. Eastern Standard Time. Virginia Beach, Va. (Physical Suggestion)

  1. EC: Yes, we have the body, [337]. This we have had before. Now, we find the general physical condition still shows improvements, and the body should be mindful of those suggestions as have been given for the full correction of the conditions; for while the body-physical is gaining in resistance, there should be those precautions taken as respecting the varied effects as come to the body from the poor eliminations as have existed, and while these are coordinating the nearer TOWARD that of normalcy, it would be very EASY to UNDO all that has been accomplished, and to produce the accentuation of the disturbance, and it - the condition - localize itself in head, in lungs, in stomach, or in the organs of the system where the disturbances have affected the functioning of same - yet with the care and the precautions taken as have been outlined for the body, this SHOULD continue to improve. Do NOT attempt to overeat, nor undereat. Do not over dose, neither under dose. Do not overtax the physical forces of the body. Be rather mindful that the system must coordinate properly for the better physical functioning. Ready for questions.

  2. (Q) How can body care for itself at home? (A) This has just been given, but IF the care is not taken, then put self - keep self - where the precautions WILL be taken! Do not undo the ground gained.

  3. (Q) How often osteopathic treatments? (A) Dependent upon the physical and mental exercises of the body in many directions. If the body is to be in home, then once, twice, three times a week sufficient. If the body is to build, then it should be every day, and WHERE these may be given every day!

  4. (Q) Specify diet.

(A) Keep the alkalin reaction. That the BEST! Beware of condiments and of those conditions that overtax the system in ANY direction, especially of those that create an ACID condition in the system, for better blood builds in an ALKALIN reaction.

  1. (Q) What causes coldness or clamminess of feet? (A) Poor circulation!

  2. (Q) What method should be followed to reduce body? (A) This has been told! DON’T try to REDUCE! You do so to a detriment to other portions of the body.

  3. (Q) How long should body remain home? (A) That’s with the BODY!

  4. (Q) Should powders be continued? (A) When necessary for the proper eliminations through this portion of the system, but keep system coordinated.

  5. (Q) Should other prescription being taken be continued? (A) Continued WHEN necessary.

  6. (Q) Would it be well to give body Yellow Iodide, Mercury and Calcium Sulphide? (A) Not at the present. Dependent, however, upon the application of the other suggestions. If some are to be left off, then such as these may be substituted - but WE have given THAT which would be BEST! Either do that or leave it alone!

  7. We are through with this reading!
