EC: We have the body, [348], here - this we have had before. In the general we find conditions are on the improve. There needs be, for the gaining of strength and the keeping of an equal balance in the physical forces, that the exercise be extended more and more, and these of the outside as much as possible; walking, rowing, golfing, riding, or such. Not so much as to STRAIN the body, but as for the body to be PHYSICALLY tired at times.

(Q) Is it advisable to wear belt to support stomach? If so, how long should it be worn? (A) Better were there used the natural bandage and this gradually loosened, and loosened more as the body is able to exercise. Just kept so there is not that uneasiness as is so often felt.
