Those given must carry those of gluten and of that as will build for the necessary vitality in the blood as makes for those that produce proper coagulation without producing that which will be of an adhering nature. That condition dependent most upon the exercise mentally and physically and of so dilating the stomach and intestines as to produce inflation as would cause adherence by the constant irritation or of the natural position in an unnatural state. The foods as outlined good. Don’t eat too much. Don’t overtax the body either by talking or any activity as requires the mental or physical exertions. Beware of temperature which would change the urea in the blood stream. This by excitement or too much company. In the considerations the conditions are well. The next 36 hours will show whether these are to be permanent or temporary relief (release). Ready for questions.

  3. (Q) What should body do to exercise mentally and physically in the proper manner? (A) As pleasant company that does not irritate nor excite. Physical exercise should be very little.
