Born May 1, 1942, Richmond, Virginia. Time of Reading …, Street, 4:40 to 4:50 P. M. Eastern War Time. …, Virginia.

1. GC: You will give the relation of this entity and the universe, and the universal forces; giving the conditions which are as personalities, latent and manifested in the present life; also the former appearances in the earth plane, giving the time, place and the name, and that in each life which built or retarded the development for the entity; giving the abilities of the present entity, that to which it may attain, and how. You will answer the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes, we have the records here of that entity now known as or called [3569].

3. In giving the interpretations of the records as we find them here, many things and conditions should be taken into consideration; both as that as will apply from those of urges, - latent and manifest from the experiences of the entity in the earth, as well as those of physical aspects as exist in relationship to the body.

4. There are those tendencies from those of a gastric condition as existed during the period of gestation that are responsible for disturbances existent in the physical forces of the body.

5. There should be those of corrections made, not only by mechanical application or adjustment; but those of electrical vibrations, where those of the low, wet cell is used as a coordination for establishing those of connections between the sympathetic and cerebro-spinal systems.

6. These should be used in the same manner as those of radio-active - but use the wet cell.

7. In those of the records much, of course, depends upon what is to be those administrations. For there is responsibility upon those as are responsible for the entity’s entrance into this experience - as to what the opportunities may be for the entity to meet those varied experiences and opportunities as the entity may yet have.

8. These will require some serious considerations.

9. Not that these are to be as worries, for remember the injunction, - never worry as long as you can pray. When you can’t pray - you’d better begin to worry! For then you have something to worry about! (This is for the parents, - not the child!)

10. In those of the relationships to those of the universal consciousness, - here we have those of possibilities that will make as one attuned in music as of unusual abilities, - if these are allowed, - or the opportunity given for its development.

11. Not only of one who may exercise its prerogative in making music, but in preparing and creating that of a nature to contribute to the welfare of others.

12. But the greater opportunity is to those that may contribute to the entity, meeting its own self in and through those periods of its preparation in mind and in body for those opportunities as await the entity.

13. The spirit here is indeed willing; in the present the flesh is weak.

14. Thus, there must be, through these periods, that dependency upon those responsible for contributing that that they, themselves, lacked in other experiences.

15. When the entity is eight to ten, then may it be given those of its appearances in the earth; and those associations with individuals who may be a part of the experience, - those who owe that to self; and that to the entity.

16. Do something about it!

R2. 1/51 Report made to IMG by [2390], sister of foster father:

“Some time ago [2533] and I visited brother and his wife in … They have adopted a little girl who is very pretty and just a couple of years younger than [3569]. My sister-in-law remarked that they would love to get a piano for [3569] but they couldn’t afford to and I told her that they couldn’t afford not to. I didn’t inquire about [3569] except casually. Up to five years ago, all that I know of his case is as follows. He was taken to the University of …, where they were told that he had the petit-mal type of epilepsy. He was given capsules to take (I don’t know what was in them) but he was to take one or two a day and this was kept up for at least one year. They were also told to watch out for his eyes, and to be sure he had on glasses, if he went into the strong sunlight. The reading was never followed. He is an attractive child, has good mind, very interested in music and wants a piano so badly. I do not think they will make a report on his case, but I think they should be given the opportunity to do so.”

R3. 7/60 Note by W. N Pahnke, M.D., in his resume of 96 cases of epilepsy: “This case is classified in group 1. A diagnosis of petit mal epilepsy seems justified. As given in the reading, much karma was involved. There was no good follow-up.”

B1. Born 5/1/42, in Virginia. At the time of reading, living in Virginia. Foster parents came to know about the readings through [2390], sister of the foster father, and a friend, [2175]. Foster mother is Catholic, and the foster father protestant. Foster mother unable to have children due to the female organs not having developed beyond the age of a 12-year-old child. Plans for adoption of [3569] were made two or three months previous to its birth. Indications are that the child was illegitimate.

B2. 1/16/44 Questions submitted for 3569-1: What causes the spells in which [3569] loses consciousness, and how can they be corrected? Does he have any unfavorable hereditary tendencies which should be curbed? (If so, please give advice.) Does he have any talent for music? If so, what type and instrument, and at what age should training begin? Please give advice concerning the best way to tell him he is an adopted child. Will it be advisable to adopt another child at this time as a companion to [3569]? If so, what age and sex? Please give the most helpful way to present information concerning sex to this entity. What have been the associations with the following, what are the present urges and how may they be used for mutual development: Foster mother and father, […] and […], and [2390] and [2533] and [2823].
