This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at the office of the Association, Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 24th day of January, 1944, in accordance with request made by the self - Mrs. [3583], new Associate Member of the Ass”n for Research and Enlightenment, Inc., recommended by her sister-in-law, Mrs. [3051].

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes - we have the body here, [3583].

3. Now, as we find, while there are many conditions that are very good, there are disturbances which if corrected in the present may bring about changes which will prevent greater disturbances later.

4. These are associated with the glandular system and are the effect of pressures existent in the cerebrospinal system, that cause in the body an overactivity to a portion of the thyroid gland.

5. These conditions exist in the coccyx end of the spine, in the lumbar and third cervical.

6. The supplying then of energies through the activities of impulses to the throat causes the activity in the glands to produce the conditions in nails, the cuticle, blackheads, and the activities of the hair growing on portions of the body as to become very disagreeable.

7. Also the activities to the organs of the pelvis are affected, or the genital organs and the activity of the ovaries.

8. These may be materially aided by the use of the Radio-Active Appliance to create a balance in circulation, and by the correcting osteopathically of the conditions in the coccyx, in the lumbar-sacral, and in the 3rd cervical.

9. First we would have at least two or three relaxing treatments osteopathically. Then the next four or five should be to make corrections directly to the coccyx, which will be in the 2nd and 3rd coccyx segment, and the lumbar axis at the upper portion of the 4th lumbar, in the cervical the left side of this 3rd cervical.

10. We would take Atomidine internally, one drop in half a glass of water each morning before breakfast for five days in succession. Then leave off for ten days, then take again five days. Then leave off for twenty days, and then take again.

11. And this should make sufficient change, as these areas are being corrected - these properties would be taken through the periods of making these adjustments, you see. Have these done by a good osteopath.

12. Do not begin with the Radio-Active Appliance until after the second series of the adjustments. Have two osteopathic treatments each week for two weeks, and then wait for a period - until after the menstrual flow, you see. Whether this is two days, five days or ten days, whatever it is, wait and then have these treatments for another series, twice a week.

13. Then begin with the Radio-Active Appliance, and after the next menstrual period begin again with the osteopathic adjustments. Thus we will have corrections so that there may be conception if there is the desire.

14. Also with the using of the Black and White Cream and skin lotions (the genuine Black and White is made in Chicago) we will get rid of the disturbances - the heavy pores and we will get rid of the trouble at the Periods and correct conditions with this body.
