1. EC: Yes. As we find, there are great distresses between the physical and the mental body. There are those disintegrations of the sources or channels through which impulses are carried to the centers in body for the control of a balanced mental activity of physical being. These have changed considerably. But the administration of bromides only tends to heighten this incoordination.

2. We find that the impulses manifested through the imaginative system will be controlled more by quiet, gentleness and more patience, rather than severity. To be sure, there are individuals who are possessed with influences or entities that would be torments to others, but this is more such. Thus the use of violence at times only tends to heighten this incoordination in the impulses along the brain forces.

3. We would change this individual entity to such environs or surroundings as might be had in Macon, Missouri (Still Hildreth). The controlling of these impulses by stimulating activities to the gonads and the brain centers in the 9th dorsal might give the body those opportunities for responding.

4. There may be the necessity eventually of operative measures here, to do away with those tendencies for inflammation to the organs of the genital system; for these are sources, but these conditions will necessarily have to be quieted a great deal and the corrections made of those pressures in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd cervical and in the coccyx end of the spine.

B1. 1/17/44 Mother’s letter: “Since I first wrote you, another tragedy has fallen upon us - my son, who was in the Merchant Marine, suffered an attack of amnesia upon being discharged from his ship in New York City. He went to Bellevue Hospital, was placed in the psychopathic ward, declared insane, and committed to the Manhattan State Hosp., Ward’s Island, New York City, where he is still confined - Mr. Cayce, in this second Rdg., I beg to have conveyed to whoever speaks thru you my heartfelt gratitude for what has been done for my daughter [3475] and my trusting prayer that the same help may be given my son. What I would like to ask is: 1. The cause of his illness. 2. The manner in which a cure may be effected, and 3. The name and location of the hospital or sanitarium most competent to treat his case.
