(A) Yes, this may be obtained through the departmental work of the war risk insurance, and will be necessary to be taken up through the disability to the soldier, of which record is made, however, only in part of account of the charges under which the service was rendered for the body, but if or when this is taken up through proper channels this may be obtained. Do that.
