EC: Now, we find there is with this physical force those conditions that may be corrected. We find abnormal conditions for other bodies that to this body have become normal. These may be assisted in the developing in this physical plane without coming to the normal as in this plane.

Now, these conditions have to do with many portions of the system. These are they as may be assisted, and assisted to give the better coordination in the system, and to assist the body in manifesting itself in this present plane, for much has to do with the biological effect as is produced in the physical forces. That of the elemental and mental forces enter into the developing, and the manifestations as exhibited in the various portions of the physical are but the outward expression of that incoordination as is reached between the soul forces and the physical, manifesting through the physical.

To give then the best to this body, and to prepare the condition that there may be meted in the physical that which to the physical may become assistance, we would apply those forces first as would be found in this:
To two gallons of rain water, add:
Heavy Sea Salt…1 pound, Plain Charcoal…1 pound, Copper Sulfate…1 1/2 pounds, Sulfuric Acid C.P…1 1/2 ounces, Plain or Common Zinc…11 drams.

Also an opaque container of one pound of iodine. This we find would charge itself, yet we would charge this solution from those batteries as of storage battery until the discharge from this solution would be that of six and one-half ohms. Two poles of copper would be placed in this solution. To these would be attached small insulated wires. To the one, the positive, a small plate of nickel, and this would be attached to the first cervical. The negative a large copper plate, but thin, and this would be attached just above and to the left of umbilicus. This would be given this body each evening for one hour and thirty minutes. When the solution is not in use, it is best to keep the poles out of solution, but placing them in solution at least thirty minutes before they are attached to the body. When this has been used to the second quantity (that is when this solution’s discharge is less than one and one half ohms, discard solution, keeping the container, and recharge, making new solution, as given. When two quantities have been used, we will have begun to make the proper coordination and vibration necessary to further the condition. We will then give that.
