EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now we find there are abnormal conditions in this body, incoordination through the system or the action of the nerve forces in the pueranial pineal] glands being affected, and we have the lesion at the first cervical and the effect through the sensory organism and over the portion of the body to locomotories also in part affected, see.

Now these are conditions as we find them in this body: Through the whole system we find the condition of the life giving forces in the body hindered by this incoordination, hence the effect is not to the organic forces as produced the sensory force by the lack of correct vibration to produce the developing normally throughout nerve energy, and the whole system through cerebrospinal, sympathetic and sensory system from vibrating in the proper manner and form. This began from the accident to the body soon after the birth here, you see.

To relieve the conditions and bring the normal forces to the body necessary to produce coordination we would give those vibrations to the body as found or produced from this, for it will carry the necessary vibrations to the body to give the coordinating elements and the developing of the forces now, see:

To two gallons of rain water, add:
Plain Charcoal…1 pound, Heavy Sea Salt…1 pound, Copper Sulfate…1 pound, Sulfuric Acid C.P…2 ounce, Zinc, see…6 drams.

This should be placed in glass container. This solution would charge itself but must be charged with low amperage and high voltage until it will reach five and one-half ohms discharged, see. The poles in using the charge shall both be of copper while being charged, and while being used for the body there shall be within the solution one pound glass container, glass corked of Iodine. The wire attached to the poles shall be of small copper wire plates at each end. Each evening, one plate would be attached at the first cervical, the other, the negative pole above or across the umbilicus or navel for twenty minutes each evening. At the third application we will find nausea will be produced in the body, see. This is not a hindrance but only the reaction to the system. By the time the second charge is given this battery formation we will find the condition in the sensory system and through the rest of the system will show the great improvement for this body, see. (Q) What kind of an accident happened to this body? (A) That of a strain to the pineal] gland where it enters the brain, at the first cervical. This extends with the cerebrospinal, sympathetic, pneumogastric to their various lengths in the system, see, hence the condition as shown over the whole body, and the reflex condition to the various organs as these nerves enter their functioning portion of body. This is to the brain force in the sensory forces, from the pneumogastric the condition as produce in the digestive tract, from this to the cerebro spinal in the end to the locomotories. Do as we have given if we would correct the condition in this body.

(A) Only by these solutions and the mixing together and charge at any battery station, see, of high voltage and low amperage. Keep the solution above one and one-half ohms if the body does obtain the vibrations necessary, see. Make new solution when recharge battery. Do not need new solution of Iodine or container, see, only that of water, charcoal, salt, acid and zinc and recharge as given. Do that. We are through.
