1. EC: Now, we find the conditions in this body, though of the abnormal nature for the body, as being those of incoordination of the nerves in the sensory system.

2. Now these are conditions as we find them in this body. First:

3. IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, the condition is very good. There is at the present time some congestion in the system, and it affects the organs of the throat, nasal cavity, and in circulation increases the number of white blood forces to meet the needs of the condition.

IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, we find those very good, when we consider the condition of the cerebro-spinal system, and the nerves, or both of nerves from these centers, that feed those of the specific organs to the sensory system as to the cause, we find this produced in times back by conditions existing in the system where the temperature was high, and affected the auditory centers, and brought to other centers in the cerebro-spinal system, about the first cervical, those preventing or cutting-off the flow of blood and nerve forces until the nerve tissue, or cord, became so atrophied as to prevent the sound penetrating to box or the centers in brain and auditory center responding to those vibrations.

5. With persistence and patience this condition may be overcome, even as yet, though it will take much time, much care, and much attention to overcome this. This would be accomplished through this: Through chiropractic forces so adjust the vertebrae in the cervical region, and upper dorsal region, that vibration applied to the hypogastric center, and the nerves of the solar plexus, may re-vibrate in vibration created in system to enliven, or re-vibrate, the nerves and tentacles of nerves to the brain as to make the connection, and produce coordination in the brain centers. With this adjustment, there would be applied to the body those vibrations as found in these: To one gallon and a half of rain water, add:

Charcoal (plain)…1 pound, Sea Salt (heavy)…1 pound, Copper Sulfate…1 1/2 pound, Sulfuric Acid C.P…1 1/2 ounces, Zinc (common)…6 drams.

6. This had best be placed in glass container. In this we would place two poles. One of iron or steel, the other of silver, positive being iron, negative being silver. Charge this solution from storage battery, charge until the discharge would give at least five and one-half ohms. While this is being charged, and while in use, there should be one pound of iodine in porous container in this solution. After this is charged, this whole solution, copper wires would be attached to these poles. To the positive pole would be the copper plate, charge, that would be attached to the body just above the umbilicus. The other copper plate, smaller, would be attached to the first cervical. This should be done each evening for at least one hour. When poles and wires are not in use take them from the solution, put them in the solution thirty minutes before they are attached to the body. The adjustment should be given at least every other day for three weeks. Then only every three weeks give adjustment.

This will be necessary to be kept up for some time to give the desired results for this body. Persistently and consistently used, we will find we will create the correct vibration for this body.
