This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his home on Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach. Va., this 16th day of May, 1934, in accordance with request made by Mrs. [255], Active Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.
[Edgar Cayce; Gertrude Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno. Mildred Davis, L. B. and Hugh Lynn Cayce.]
Time of Reading … Ave. 11:45 to 11:50 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. …, N.Y. (Same Suggestion)
-
EC: As we find thee in that attitude of expectancy, so may those that seek to aid - those that seek to know His will - be expectant in those attitudes of seeking to know that which the Maker would have them - would have thee - do at this time.
-
For, the way is being opened. And changes are coming about. But keep thy trust in Him, for He is the light of this world; whether in mental, in physical, in spiritual experiences. For, they that seek through other sources only bring for themselves confusion.
-
Let thy yeas be yea. Let thy nays be nay. But know that thy Redeemer liveth, and He WILL give life, light and understanding to those that seek to manifest His love, His law, His precepts in their lives as related to their fellow man.
-
Whether in body, in mind, let thy body, let thy mind, find in Him that light just now. [See 378-41, Par. R1.]
-
We are through.

Reports
Reports & Follow-up
R1. After Mrs. Cayce had given the entire suggestion for him [EC] at the end [of rdg. 378-41], with the exception of “You will wake up,” he said:
“Jesus of Nazareth passeth by. Let Him fill thine heart with the hopes of those promises that are indeed thine, wilt thou but apply. Trust ye in the Lord.”
On waking, he said he had seen the Master walking down a road toward us - ALL of us, expectant, waiting for Him to come - and He was smiling; seemed very happy.
