This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 9th day of June, 1926, in accordance with request made by self - Miss [3796] - Involuntary; that is, volunteered, without suggestion being given to obtain it, immediately following a Physical Reading for Mrs. [4620].

Time of Reading 11:20 A. M. Eastern Standard Time. …, Maine.

1. EC: Now, we have before us those conditions that have to do with those of [3796], …, Maine.

2. The condition that surrounds this entity, this body, at the present time is the loss of confidence in self and self’s ability to meet the conditions as arise. Then, as is seen, this lack of confidence is transmitted, as it were, to those who do hear the message as is given by this body. This, then, turns as a detractive influence, rather than attracting the necessary members for the class; yet we find that the message will, in the next two to three days, bring greater results, for the body is taking counsel with self.

3. Apply, then, that teaching as is being given, and the entity will find there will come the greater conditions for this body, the greater successes for the body, in the present place, though there are better places in the surrounding country for this work. Those nearer the ports, a little later, will prove much better, see?

Yours of the 7th received this morning. From the reading as was gotten regarding this, I feel that it is necessary for you to have all of it, so I am mailing it rather than wiring you. I certainly would like to be of some help, and I am in hopes that the suggestion, as well as the transmitted thought, will prove helpful and effective in gaining the desired ends. I shall certainly be pleased to hear from you concerning same.

I am in hopes that you are using the inhalant, for I am sure you will find same very effective. I haven’t had a report from the prescriptionist as yet, but will let you know about this as soon as possible.

Dear Mr. Cayce,

Your special delivery letter received for which I thank you.

I closed my lectures here on Thursday night and began a class of instructions on Friday evening. Have a very small class and have lost money here.

I am thinking of Montreal, Canada for July.

Will consider that city in July also Boston, Washington, D.C., and Toronto, Canada for Fall. Am leaving for Pittsburgh, Penna. Thursday night of this week. I shall appreciate an early consideration and please write me to … Apts., … Avenue, Pittsburgh, N.S. Penna. Shall be there until June 30th. I need success RIGHT NOW and do hope you can help me. Will send you check from Pittsburgh.

According to my last letter from Portland, Me., I am writing you from Pittsburgh. Am using the inhaler as you advised. The other formula has not yet reached me.

Will you please make a very special effort to get it to me SOON. I am feeling better with the exception of the ITCHING of the body.

Have decided to go to Toronto the middle of July for lectures and then rest in August. Enclosed please find check. Thanking you for an early reply I am,
