1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Bronxville - yes - quite cold here.

3. We have the body here.

4. As we find there has been a mild breaking of the arterial circulation. Thus there is the tendency towards inability for the full use of portions of the extremities; as hand, arm, limb and the whole side that has been affected.

5. This is not necessarily fatal if there would be those administrations which would enable the body to absorb leakage and prevent the pressures being such as to reoccur, or the activities such that there are not adhesions or accumulations along the course of the cerebrospinal nerves and blood supply, or in those areas of the emuntory patches associated with the sympathetic and cerebrospinal systems in their voluntary and involuntary activity.

6. Thus we find the aids for this body would be not too great an activity, yet not entirely inactivity of the body and mind.

7. Daily we would give a gentle massage with a combination of oils following the application of hot towels wrung out of water and witchhazel, the proportions being four ounces of witchhazel to the gallon of hot water. Dip heavy towels into this and apply over the whole area of the cerebrospinal system, from the 1st cervical to at least the last of the lumbars and through the sacral area to the coccyx. These should be applied twice, as warm as the body can well stand. When one application cools, repeat.

8. Then, while the body is still warm and the pores open, massage in a circular motion from the 1st cervical to the 9th dorsal downward, especially on each side of the cerebrospinal system, with this combination of oils:

Olive Oil…2 ounces, Peanut Oil…2 ounces, Lanolin (melted)…1/4 ounce.

From the coccyx massage upward to the 9th dorsal.

9. Following the massage give the body a gentle vibration with the electrically driven vibrator; using the sponge applicator, not the hard disc or the suction applicator.

10. Do keep the better eliminations through alimentary canal, even though it may require at times the use of colonic irrigations - but scientifically given.

11. In the diet keep to those foods that are easily assimilated; as fruits and vegetables, not too much meats; though fish, fowl and lamb may be taken in moderation - but never any fried foods.

12. When giving the vibrator treatments, this would be given also in a circular motion from the 1st cervical to the 9th dorsal, downward; from the end of the spine up to the 9th dorsal.

13. Do these and we will bring the renewal of activity and reduce the pressures in the heart’s activity, establishing a better equilibrium in the metabolism.

14. Ready for questions.

15. (Q) Will this treatment relieve stiffness and soreness in fingers of left hand? (A) As indicated this will relieve these tensions, for it will draw away from the arteries those tendencies that have not touched the brain, you see.

Let’s keep them away, so that they will be eliminated from the system by the activities of these properties indicated to be used on the body.

16. (Q) Unpleasant feeling in left eye? (A) All of these indicated will be relieved. Do this consistently, persistently.

17. (Q) To eliminate swelling in left foot and leg? (A) All of these are to be met in the treatments indicated. Do these consistently, persistently.
