EC: Yes, we have the body here, Mrs. [381]; this we have had before.

Now, as we find, while the conditions that exist are in the present rather of a serious nature, and the organs that are involved in the condition are rather affected than being the disorder, there is produced a condition that is to be warned against; for in this condition the effect is more fatal than the cause in itself.

As we find, however, these conditions can be removed. While it will require some persistence and consistency, the removal of the causes will then remove those effects that are seen in the high blood pressure, the heart’s disturbance, and the shortening of breath that arises; as well as the dilation of the heart itself, and the smothery spells and the very much disturbed circulation.

The causes, as we find, are rather from a distended colon, in the ascending and transverse area. This makes for a form of toxin that disturbs the circulation, forming gases in the intestinal tract, producing a pressure in the area about the heart; and through this manner disturbing the whole circulation.

We would in the present begin, surely - gently, but each day - with tepid water high enemas, gradually dilating the lower portion of the colon and anus in such a manner as to relieve all of these conditions. It will be necessary that this be done gradually, but in a five day period the blood pressure should be reduced at least thirty or forty points - or more. Begin as in this manner, with the water for the enema:

To three quarts of water add a level teaspoonful of salt and a heaping teaspoonful of baking soda.

We would also use the oils in the last portion of the enema, that to remain (the oils) in the bowel as much or as long as possible. To the quart of water we would use at least a heaping tablespoonful of the Petrolagar. Stir this thoroughly as it is injected, see?

We would also begin with the compound of agar, phenolphthalein and psyllium jelly (called Emul-Psyllo, manufactured by the Whelan Laboratories - should get it at local drug store). We would take a teaspoonful twice each day.

We would have a massage, gently given, over the whole of the cerebro-spinal system.

Do not overeat, but drink all the water the body can well care for; or at least six to ten glasses each day.

It will be necessary to continue for the time with the sedative that aids in carrying blood away from head and heart, but gradually reduce this as fast as possible. But do not let the conditions overcome the disorder - see?

(Q) The severe pains in upper right arm and shoulder, and right knee? (A) These conditions are neurotic, or neuritis, from poisons; and as we eliminate the poisons these will disappear.

(Q) Why does this body have crying spells, and can this be overcome? (A) With the removal of the poisons, that torment the body, these will be much better. It is a neurotic condition.

Now she is taking the treatment in full and has felt much better for the last few days, but she fell last night and seemed to shock her some - and has been in bed most of the day…”
