This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at Tutwiler Hotel, in Birmingham, Alabama, this 16th day of January, 1923, in accordance with request made by self - [3810].

Time of Reading 3:15 P. M. …, Alabama.

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. We have had this before, you see. There is a gradual improvement in the condition in this body. The poisons are being carried through the system, as yet.

2. Necessary that these be kept up, you see, so that we may rid all of the tissue and ligaments of this infectious condition from the system with which this has become charged.

3. The condition that prevents the normal flow, or normal elimination, of used forces that have to do with the circulation to the eyes, will be gradually relieved as this poison is removed from the system. Be persistent and keep these up, see. This should have eliminated sufficiently to show the return of the vision to the body. As yet, however, on account of the overcharge through the system, it has not been relieved.

4. For the specific condition in the kidneys, with the other properties, as taken in the system, use this, see: VINOL, as compounded, only take one-half of the dose, see. And with this, take this:

Tincture Valerian…2 ounces, Bromide Potassium…15 grains, Iodide Potassium…2 grains, Elixir Calisaya…1 ounce, Capsicum…1 grain. Sufficient Simple Syrup to make 6 ounces.

Shake well when dose is taken. Only take this, two teaspoonfuls every five days.

5. Keep up the other (vibrations, sweats, cleanse system, etc.). Do that. Soon we will see a change in this body, [3810] here in this room.
