  1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. We have had this before you see. Now, we find the conditions in this body are somewhat improved from those as we had them before. Yet, many of the adhesions through the trunk portion of the body give distress to the body, especially when the system is allowed to in the least become clogged or choked. We would therefore take much of the same as we have given in medicinal properties to give the healing necessary to intestinal tract throughout, and take the gentle massage over the whole portion that gives distress to the body, - that is, abdomen, the spine in the lower region, across the hips and down the limbs, see, that we may gradually break up these conditions and have them absorbed through the system and given the enlivening forces as would come from rebuilding force from within, see.

  2. We would keep for the diet much of whole wheat and predigested foods or that in the form of cereals and fruits, see. Nothing of the heavy nature or that of meats, save the wild game when this is properly prepared, is very good for the body, see. But not with much grease should this be prepared for the system, but that which will give nutriment and create the fluids necessary to give the tissue and the ligaments that enlivening force through the whole intestinal tract.

  3. It would be well if every third day, into the abdomen from the diaphragm down, there was kneaded with the massage well into the system, this: Mix with olive oil, three parts, that is, three parts of olive oil to one of hydrastis, see, of the tincture of hydrastis, and this massaged well into the abdomen. Do that for the body of [3977], we are speaking of.

  4. We are through.
