1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:

2. EC: Yes. As we find, there are many conditions that are very good with this body. These have more to do, however, with the mental attitude of the body. These we would not attempt to alter.

3. Keep in that attitude of creative activities, with less and less condemnation for anyone.

4. There are the physical tendencies for chemical changes that find their effect in varied portions of the body, and at varied times according to the pressures indicated as being existent when there is the lack of proper eliminations, in those tendencies toward a neuritic-arthritic disturbance.

5. We would set up better eliminations with hydrotherapy treatments, including mild sweats, followed by a thorough massage and rubdown; including colonic irrigations about every twenty to twenty-two days apart, until three or four have been taken - to purify the alimentary canal, especially through the colon.

6. The deep massage would preferably be given osteopathically, to stimulate the centers from which there is the impulse of activity for the slowing of the conditions in the liver and gall duct area.

7. Do these and we will bring better conditions, and prevent much disturbance a little later.

Chief Complaint Fatigue, nervousness, insomnia, backache.

Date of Onset Sorry can’t give date…sometime in 1941.

Duration About 5 years (However, I had a severe fall during that time and cannot know how much it contributed)

Reoccurrence 1947 and later. By checking with osteopath when occurs and getting treatment, can prevent severe difficulties.

Intensity Pains in back severe, but can’t measure other symptoms.
