GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
-
EC: Nabisco - yes - unless they do something rather soon for this body, we will find the heart block or the arterial block will cause a stroke. For there are clots.
-
Unless the body keeps quiet, and keeps off of the feet most of the time, these conditions will be rather serious - even in the use of these things we will suggest for the body.
-
Don’t take sedatives unless it is necessary. But those that will keep the heart better in its activities are well, administered only under the direction of a physician who will be in accord with those things suggested here; else the quantities may cause more damage than help. Rather than strychnine, then, that would dilate the heart, we would advise just the opposite - that causes the pumping of the heart, or the drawing of the circulation through.
-
But do take eliminants, mineral salts; such as, in the combinations of Eno Salts or Sal Hepatica; small doses two or three times a day until there is the entire elimination of the poisons that accumulate in a dilated colon, all the way across the transverse colon. Take a level teaspoonful of the Sal Hepatica, or the Eno Salts, two or three times a day, for two or three days.
-
Then have a colonic irrigation.
-
Each evening before the body retires, have a thorough massage using cocoa butter as a means to stimulate superficial circulation. Rub from the tips of the toes, the tips of hands, and the top of the head, towards the central portion of the body. Keep these regularly.
-
Do not have heavy foods. Liquids or semi-liquids are preferable.
-
Doing these we may bring bettered conditions for the body.
-
Ready for questions.
-
(Q) How long will he be able to carry on in business? (A) Unless something is done pretty soon, he won’t be able to carry on very long!
-
(Q) Is there any hope of a cure? (A) While there’s life there’s hope, but there must be persistence, consistence and faith in the divine, that the entity has a purposefulness in its experience in the earth.
-
(Q) Is the trouble all in the clogging of the arteries? (A) This is a result not the cause. The more of the trouble is in the overengorgement of the body, the lack of proper activities and the colon condition. Do, though, as indicated and we will bring help for the body.

We are through with this reading.

TO OUR MEMBERS -
This letter requires an immediate reply from all members interested in the future welfare of our Association.
Most of us know that the home of the Association is in an addition built to the Cayce home. All this property has now passed into the Cayce estate and must be liquidated very soon.
One of the last things Mr. Cayce said was “Don’t change anything.” He knew that the vibrations of his home would serve us well in the future.
Here is the questions given you by our Board of Trustees. SHALL WE BUY THE CAYCE HOME? The readings are kept in a concrete and brick vault attached to the house.
The property is to be appraised by experts in the local market and we would pay an equitable price for it.
The Board of Trustees can take no action toward acquisition without your expressed approval, and that of enough other members. If you decide in the affirmative, the support of every member will be needed.
If you wish to send a check please mark it “House Fund.”
Please use the form below for your reply.
Very truly yours, [signed] Noah Miller Chairman of the Board

Do you have any explanation for the word “Nabisco” at the beginning of the reading? A. A childhood nick-name, I felt Mr. [4066]‘s life was prolonged and made more endurable by the above treatment.
Mr. [4066] passed away July 1, 1948.
Acute diabetes - he was ill only two days.
R5. 10/10/52 D. H. Fogel, M.D.’s Comment: “This case should definitely be indexed under coronary thrombosis.”

In regards to my request for a physical reading from Mr. Cayce for my husband, [4066], which you dated for the morning of April 17th at 10:30 to 11:30, I will state his case as near as I can. He has had two very bad heart attacks about a year apart. The first about three years ago that the doctors said was angina. Then about a year ago he developed what they called a Milk-leg. First in the swollen leg and now starting in the other leg - beginning at the foot. He can not be on his feet any length of time. He is in considerable pain. He can walk with a cane but is very lame.
I feel sure your help will solve this problem and I am most anxious for your report. I shall reserve the appointed time for prayer.
