This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at Phillips Hotel, Room 115, Dayton, Ohio, this 27th day of February, 1924, in accordance with request made by self - [4152].

1. EC: Now, we find while this body is very good throughout, there are abnormal conditions in the elimination in system, and the effect as this produces in the body.

2. Now, these are conditions as we find them in this body, [4152] we are speaking of, present in this room. First:

IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, we find this full, but very good and fairly well balanced in the system, yet with this disturbance, as we see, has its effect upon the spleen in its functioning and the secondary cardiac forces, though not any organic conditions in either, as we shall see. In numbers of blood supply, the numbers are well balanced, both in white and red blood cell force, red blood being at present above normal. Hence at times above normal in pressure, though at others subnormal.

4. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, we find this very well balanced. Those centers that have to do with the elimination, where the distress is caused at times, show how they have become overcharged, that especially of the hypogastric center with its circulation in the portion as here; that is, across the diaphragm line and closer to the right side. In the reflexes then in this, we have some distress at times to the nerve taxing of the centers as are governed in this in hepatic circulation, so that those centers that govern the elimination in the Peyer’s gland and in kidneys become over or surcharged, and we have a change in the functioning is how elimination is enacted in the system. Hence depression comes to the whole nerve system, and irritability to the mental capacity of the body. This is the reaction in system.

5. IN THE FUNCTIONING OF ORGANS, in brain force very good. One given especially to detail of any business proposition.

6. In the functioning of the organs of sensory system, with the taxing of the nerve especially in the sympathetic system, extra secretions to all organs of sensory system are apparent at times, though not organically defective in functioning.

In that of the condition in eyes, or vision, this may be overcome with the correct vibrations set for this portion of sensory system.

7. In lungs, larynx, bronchials very good.

8. Heart action as given.

9. Digestion only with reaction of hypogastric does the pneumogastric show effect of too much of lactics being created. This only comes occasionally.

10. Liver fairly normal, though the excretory system becomes surcharged from condition in Peyer’s gland, and the hypogastric becomes overtaxed. Then dull languidness to the whole system is the reaction. In the region of the Peyer’s glands, with this change in system, we find that these do not secrete the proper or sufficient amount of secretions for perfect elimination. Hence toxins arise from the intestinal tract through the entering of the foods and fluids to the colon. The traverse colon at times gives distress, though not specific nature.

11. In the functioning of the kidneys and bladder, and organs of the pelvis, these are very good. Only with hypogastric reflection do we have the overcharge from kidneys, or trouble with bladder. This only seldom.

12. R E L I E F, to give then the proper reaction in system, and the incentive for organs to function normally, we would take those vibrations for the body, with exercise that will enliven those functionings. Take the exercise of specific nature for the trunk portion of body. Best to take little of morning and little in evening than to strain or tire body all at once.

13. Take those vibrations for body, and especially over the hepatic circulation and diaphragm and spleen from the violet ray.

14. Do that, and we will find within three to five weeks the body will be functioning above the condition at present, and the normal incentives throughout the body.
