This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 2nd day of August, 1929, in accordance with request made by self - Mrs. [4155], via her niece Mrs. [5558].

1. EC: Yes, we have those conditions as surround this body, [4155]. Now, we find there are rather the complication of conditions with this body, and that to bring the nearer normal functioning of same it will be necessary to change those conditions as would be accorded for this body. One, two, three changes, as we would find, and the first application must be that that will create for the forces of the body that vibration that will enable the body to begin - through the nerve and blood supply of the system - to replenish same without the plasm cells being so broken. Many are the variations as to conditions as are produced by the nerve pressure and condition of the pressure as related to the functioning organism, through the conditions produced by the disturbances for the blood supply. While the organic conditions are secondary, yet these must be taken into consideration. Hence that necessary application for the nerve and blood supply first, that we may retard those conditions as have to do with the disturbance of the organs themselves that are under stress and strain in the present condition.

2. We would, then, add this vibration: We would use that of the Double X Radium Appliance and apply same across the body at the 4th and 5th dorsal center (high up, see?). This we would charge or recharge at least once each day.

3. We would also, after this has been begun, begin with the manipulations osteopathically over the entire cerebro-spinal system. These should be given at least every third day, and FOLLOWING such manipulation, or the same treatment, there should be given the vibrations of the violet ray, using the bulb of same and pressing closely in the upper cervicals and across the lumbar and sacral regions, especially. Treat with this for at least three to five minutes FOLLOWING - not before, not hours after - but immediately following the manipulations osteopathically given.

4. The diet should be those that are of the alkaline producing nature in the system, with little of meats of any character. Principally vegetables, and those that are alkalin in their reaction.

5. Do this for thirty to thirty-six days - then we would give the changes necessary for this body, [4155]. We are through.

In regard to my condition and suggestions, you offered me, it was utterly impossible for me to follow instructions, but when my affairs quiet down some, I will then take things into action and carry out your instructions.
