EC: Now, we find the general condition as is producing the troubles in the body, the assimilation in the distribution of eliminations, and that causes in the cuticle proper, as has been given, the seat or the cause of the trouble is better.

The adjustments as were to be made have not been made, yet the condition from the medicinal properties, that affect and act upon the eliminations as set free by the manipulation, has brought better conditions in the physical forces.

In the condition and troubles as caused and as produced in portions of the cuticle, we do not find that there are marked changes, save in the circulation and elimination as produced in those portions of the body. Neither have the vibrations as should be accorded the body in electrical vibrations, in the violet ray, been accorded as much as should be, and these should be kept as has been given, if we would correct the conditions.

(Q) Will the hair come in and stay in permanently? (A) When conditions are corrected in the system that produce the cause, the hair will grow normal and stay permanently. Not until the corrections are made and the system sets those proper eliminations in the body, for the elimination as is shown, and as should be exercised in the capillaries, and especially in those above the upper dorsals, as given, where impinionment misdirects the eliminating portions, when these are corrected and the vibrations, and the medicinal properties, are of sufficient in the system to adjust the conditions, the body will be and will function normal.

(Q) Should the medicinal properties be continued? (A) If other conditions are accorded. The one will not do good without the other. Do all if we would bring the correct vibrations and the correct eliminations in the body.
