EC: We have the body here - this we have had before. As we find, the general physical forces of the body are very good in most respects. There has not been builded as much resistance in the system as is necessary to fight OFF disorders, would the body be put under PHYSICAL or MENTAL strain. See? Hence those building up of the vitamins necessary for resistance would be well to be added in the system, in the form of those properties that CARRY those of the vitamins A and D; D not in the poisonous, but in that that REBUKES or eliminates poisons from the system

(Q) Have lungs cleared entirely? (A) Encased, and are in such a shape that improvement will continue - UNLESS the vital forces are BROKENDOWN, either by cold or congestion! Hence the present altitude is WELL for the body, and it wouldn’t be well to change in the present conditions, see? for these, with cold OR congestion, would NATURALLY build those that would produce TEMPERATURE again in the system. Keep as at present until the vitality has been builded so that there is sufficient of the gluten, and of the urea in the blood supply, to meet all resistances in the body.
