This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at Tutwiler Hotel, Birmingham, Alabama, this 15th day of December, 1922.

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now, the conditions as we find in this body have to do with the lymphatic circulation and the action it has produced in its distributing condition over the body, especially, to the extremities of the use of the body throughout.

2. Now, these are conditions as we find in this body. Through the circulation we find the blood is very deficient either in the quality or the quantity, for the system has so used up the building forces within the body as to produce a dryness even to the cellular forces as they exert themselves through the system, both in the arterial circulation and especially in the veinous and the lymphatic glands over the whole body that, especially, that lies between the capillary circulation and the vein and arterial circulation, especially, is this shown through the lower lymphatics and through the action of all the muscular forces about the joints in this body.

3. The nervous forces within the body have remained in a better condition with the existing forces exerting themselves over the physical body, than any other portion of the physical being. The action of the centers of the nervous system, either from the cerebrospinal or from the sympathetic system have become inactive in their ability to force or exercise the influences over the muscular forces to act in co-ordination with the other portions of the body, for we find about the end of the ligaments there has been gathered the lymphatic circulation that should be carried on by the excretory functioning of the portions of the body. The functioning of the organs themselves have been and are very good for the condition that exists through the lymphatic circulation. The action of the organs to give to the body the incentives as received from the brain forces, especially, those of the trunk portion of the body has been all that has kept the body on this plane many times. The heart action as we find is an expression of the condition as exists through the blood forces and also an expression of the ability of the mind or brain force to react on the system when there is scarcely any rebuilding force or recuperating forces within the system.

4. This body may be assisted to gain better control of itself on this plane by giving that within the system and by revibrating the nerve forces sufficient to get the reaction to the body, but not entirely so, you see. We would give to this body those elements as is found in radium, as drinking water, you see, one dose each evening with the high vibration without amperage in the vibration to give the incentives to the system to rebuild or add to the body in any form, you see. The diet should be with this, those that carry as much of the forces in natural means without meats and much of green forces with the live forces as possible, you see. Give those to the system that will keep as much of the eliminating forces and care for the digestive tract to prevent the reaction of these through the trunk portion of the body, see. Keep these to the system and we will bring the better forces for this body.
