1. EC: Now, we find the conditions in this body a great deal better than when we had them here before. There are still those elements in the system that produce inflammation at times in and about those ligaments that have been and were strained, and the nerve ends have not in whole made the connections necessary to relieve the pain or distress, for that pressure in the sacral and ilium plexus still shows to some extent.

2. We only need to carry out to the full extent those suggestions as given here for the body to be corrected physically to the normal condition. Necessary that more of those properties that produce elimination, letting the diet be those properties; not giving so much of those of the hydro-carbonates that produce the streptococci bacilli in the system that is already under strain. That is, eliminate more of meats, and have more of the green vegetable matter. Would be well too if the application of the violet ray be accorded the system at least once each day. No medicinal properties necessary save in elimination in intestinal tract when this becomes congested.

3. Keep those of the massage and adjustments, and of the diet particularly, as given.

4. Do that. We will find we will bring this body to the normal condition.
