EC: Yes, we have the body here. Now, the abnormal conditions as we find in this body affects the inner system throughout so that most of the functioning of the organs of the trunk portions of the body are affected. The circulation, especially, shows the disturbance and of what character the infection in the system of the disease produced as we find in certain portions of the intestinal tract. The condition as we find in the body: first, the blood is impoverished and carrying so much of the toxins, which is being carried through the circulation is absorbed in the system through the impoverished condition in the intestinal tract, through the small intestines where the walls are at times so thin that the lymphatic circulation produces coagulation from used tissue. These toxins that are absorbed produced this condition much by taking into needed same a normal condition which is attached to by blood in the body and gives sufficient liquidated character and quality without, producing the tiredness to the whole body. The character of the breathing without the pulsation is normal. There is no organic disease of heart or lungs. The feet are affected by the poisons produced through the intestinal tract and the bowels. The languid, the morose condition and headaches and the action of these organs are affected from certain portions of the body. With the nervous system we find the mental faculties, the dreary languid feeling at times produces high tension of the nerve force in the system and the body is very depressed or morosed and the resistance of the body produced in the system by the actions of the nerve centers interlocked with the muscular forces being completed by the action of the nervous system or the inferior quality of blood supply in the system. The rebuilding and the replenish of this will bring upon the body improved condition of the system. The sensory becomes at times super-sensitive, that is, the action of these nerves to produce equilibrium at times makes or forms the functioning of the nerves of the sensory system of the abnormal activity to the ear or to the eye or to the nasal channel or to the lung. The pulmonary condition of the blood in the system shows the action of these through the capillaries and through the lung tissues. This expected condition within is shown in the intestinal tract through the intestinal organs first by indigestion or dyspepsia that taking of things or chemicals in the system to allay this condition produced too much in the system of the fluids from mucous as the lining of the body and created by the action of intestinal thread worms in the large intestines affects them so as to reduce them and acts as stringent to the action of the intestinal digestion after being acted on by the fluids. It is after we have here the action of the gastric juices in the stomach, which is dependent on the atmospheric condition and the diet taken into the system and at times it is easy for the juices to act as an astringent in the intestinal tract. These are conditions as we find them in the body of Mrs. [4433]. To relieve or bring about the normal condition of this system we would treat or give through this system that which will overcome these conditions.

R1. 2/12/27 [4433]‘s letter:
DR. Cayce.
Dear friend I received your letter some months ago [11/1/26 Form letter used in 4769-3 Reports] was glad to hear from you and glad you was doing so well in your work. I would like to be a member of your association the first [?] in the world but I haven’t got the money. We live in the Rio Grande Valley, been here little over 2 years.
R2. 3/24/27 EC’s letter:
Dear Mrs. [4433]
I was very glad to have yours of the 12th, and to hear from you all again. I certainly am in hopes that your health is good and that you are all getting along the nicest kind. I hope things are working out alright for Mr. [4433]. How do you all like that part of the country? Does he still run a taxi, or is he developing some of that land? I heard from someone in the San Saba a few months ago - said there was someone there preparing to begin operations toward drilling for oil in Rocky Pasture - somewhere near where we drilled once. I certainly am in hopes that they will be successful, for I feel very sure the oil is there, and I’m in hopes these people will get it.
Yes, we’d be very glad to have you a member of the Association, for we like to keep in touch with all those we have in any way tried to help, and we like for them to know of the progress and the results that others are obtaining through following the suggestions as are made from time to time in the readings, and of course we can only judge by once becoming members of the Association, as to how much they are interested in the work - for of course we don’t want to worry those that are not interested by sending them data from time to time about what is being accomplished or what we are trying to do.
I’d like very much to hear from you all, for I always thought a great deal of Mr. […] [[4433]‘s husband]. Tell him I saw Mr. Butler [Alfred D. Butler] a few weeks ago. He’s living in Florida now, and has been married about a year - married a girl in Birmingham, Alabama.
With kindest personal regards to you all, I am
Sincerely, Edgar Cayce EC:GD
R3. 2/6/33 EC’s letter to Mrs. [4433]‘s husband:
My dear Mr. […]- For a long time I haven’t heard from you. I hope you continue in good health, and that everything has been as satisfactory with you as times and circumstances permit.
Recently I had a letter from a very warm personal friend who is desirous of obtaining quite a large block of acreage in southwest or southern Texas, where there might be started a real “back to the farm” movement. Naturally, when he asked about individuals who might be able to help him get this acreage, I thought of you. No doubt you will receive a letter from him - Mr. F. F. Bradley, who is at present in Brownsville, Texas.
If you can help him, or give him any information towards assisting him to get this acreage, I am sure it would work out to a very great advantage to you; so I hope you can do this. I remember many of the kindnesses and courtesies extended to me in the years gone by, by yourself.
Hoping you will let me hear from you, trusting you will be able to get this proposition through for Mr. Bradley, I am, with all good wishes.
Sincerely, EC:GD
R4. 3/6/33 [4433]‘s husband wrote EC a letter saying he would be glad to help Mr. Bradley.
R5. 3/14/33 EC’s letter to [4433]‘s husband:
My dear Mr. […]
I was certainly very glad to have yours of recent date, to hear from you again. Often I think of our efforts in Texas, and am still wondering if we were crazy, mis-led, or if it was a combination of ungratefulness and sincerity on the part of some associated with the undertaking. From only a few of those I call friends there do I hear, some of whom I still think a very great deal.
The general depression has been just as hard with you people in the valley, I am sure, as it has with people through the country everywhere. I suppose the bank holiday declared by the President as a necessary measure towards restoring confidence and a balance of a turmoiled condition worked equally as great a hardship on you as it did upon many others in different parts of the country. However, it seems to me that everyone has taken it rather good-naturedly. We still have hopes of abilities of the men in charge of affairs to lead us into a better way. Those who have put their faith, hope and trust in the divine providence are much more capable, much more willing, I feel, to do their bit and - even under the most trying times - have a hopefulness towards being of service to their fellow man. God has no need of our weak efforts, but our fellow man certainly does. If I understand anything, His desire toward man is that he manifest to his fellow man that concept he has of his Creator.
Have you heard from my friend Mr. Bradley? He has been quite ill; went there, I understand, for his health. I certainly hope he will be able to make some connections that will work to a satisfactory ending for all concerned, that it may prove to be of help or aid to you in some way.
How is your family? Know that I’ll be very glad to hear from you at any time.
With kindest personal regards and best wishes to you and yours, I am
