1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time. You will diagnose the case thoroughly, giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body. You will also answer any questions that I will ask you relative to this body.

2. EC: Now, we find there are many abnormal conditions in this body. These are produced from specific conditions as exist in the system, for we find the body in that developing stage where the disturbance as is set in the system has given an exaggerated condition in the functioning of the organs in portions of system, and these have produced reflex conditions that, then, give the appearance of specifics, when the condition is a reflex from other sources.

3. Now these are conditions as we find them in this body. First:

IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, in this we have a deflection in the circulation, produced by an exaggerated condition in a nerve center, and while the elements of the blood are deficient, and prevent normal functioning in portions of the organs, the deflection also exaggerates the condition in both pulmonaries or lungs, and in the lower portion of body, for deflection comes through the actions of the blood supply to system in hypogastric and pneumogastric plexus in blood circulation, or deflection in the pancrean forces. Hence the exaggerated conditions in developing stage.

5. IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, first, in this we find the seat of the trouble in the 7th, 8th and 9th dorsal, for here there has been in times back an injury to the spine, an accident that has brought the deflection in system. At the time we had trouble with the stomach and bowels, and vomiting in the upper portion of system. Then the beginning of the retraction in development and accentuation of functioning system in various portions of body, until we have in the functioning organs the excess of lymph toward the brain forces, and inactivity of spleen, with this destructive tissue as used there. Hence the dormancy to the sensory system and inability of body to coordinate through this portion. The accentuation in the pulmonary and in blood supply there. The inability to find the portions of digestion to give rebuilding properties in the system, for deflection in pancreas and duodenum, inactivity of liver and over-activity in kidneys.

6. Then, to give relief to this body, will require very close care and attention to prevent developments in some accentuated state of organic conditions arising, but we would first, through gentle manipulation, correct conditions in dorsal region, and the whole portion of spinal system coordinating in the accentuated functioning system by the sympathetic condition and applying the properties as would be found in this:

7. To one gallon of rain water, add:

Charcoal (plain)…1/2 ounce, Copper Sulphate…1/2 pound, Sulphuric Acid, C.P…1 ounce, Common Zinc…4 drams.

8. This solution should be placed in glass container, somewhat larger than sufficient to hold the quantity. In this place two poles, one of copper, the other of carbon iron. To these poles attach small wire, and to this wire in each pole attach to the body, one as the umbilicus, the other at the first cervical. Keep this on body at least for one hour each day, until we retrace the vibrations in system as to produce coordination in lymphatic and in sympathetic nerve circulation.

9. As to properties taken internally, those as have been applied at times are very good. Not too much narcotics, yet sufficient to give ease at times to body.

10. Let the diet be as little of sugars as possible. Best if goat’s or mare’s milk would be used for the diet in preparing everything for the body, until we get the correction in the cerebro-spinal system and in the dorsal region.

11. Do that, either through the gentle osteopathic, or through the neuropathic treatments. These will bring the eliminations until we get accentuated conditions in that condition where they may be serrogated in system, or eliminated entirely. Do that.

12. (Q) What causes the spasms? (A) The reaction to the base of brain from the condition in the dorsal region. As these are corrected, and as the vibration from the electrical forces is applied, we will find these will gradually disappear from this body.

13. (Q) Has this body, what is commonly called, rickets? (A) We have the reaction that produces a condition bordering on this, but not rickets.

14. (Q) Will the right side become alright in time? (A) Very soon, when this correction is made in dorsal region.

15. (Q) What should be put on the end of these wires that are attached to the body? (A) Plates, copper plates, small one on one attached to the cervical, a larger circular one of two inches to the one attached near the umbilicus.

16. (Q) What causes the body to be hard of hearing? (A) As given, the inability of coordination through sensory organism from deflection in the cerebro-spinal system.

17. (Q) What causes the pupil of the eye to enlarge or distend? (A) This same reaction in sensory system. This we find will retrace when these corrections and vibrations are accorded the system.

18. (Q) Will the baby live alright? (A) Provided these conditions can be given without accentuation of some other organic condition, or without producing the brain retraction that would be centered there. Hence the care, the attention, the delicate reaction as must be watched closely for this body. We will find this will respond if done at once. Such as we found find by Stone, Montgomery [Dr. Elise L. Stone, Southern Neuropathic College, Montgomery, Ala.] Cary, Cincinnati [Dr. Carey A. Stout? of Cincinnati, Ohio].

19. (Q) Is there anyone in Dayton that could give this properly? (A) We don’t have them here. We find others that we think can.

20. (Q) Would Agnes Forbes of Dayton do? (A) We don’t have Agnes Forbes here.

21. (Q) Would Dr. Lydic of Dayton give this treatment properly? In the Reibold Building. (A) Very good.

Dear Mrs. […]

We are in receipt of the form you returned to us a few days ago. You say that you have followed the suggestions given in the reading on your little girl, which reading was given February 2, 1925. We do not exactly understand this. Do you mean that you are still following out the treatment prescribed, or that you tried it a few times, found no results and stopped? You realize, of course, that you must cooperate with us in every way in order to obtain the results desired. If you do not follow the suggestions given, in the manner given, for the length of time given, why you can’t possibly expect to receive any benefits.

Please let us know if you are carrying out, or intend to carry out the suggestions as given in the reading. If you will only cooperate with us, in doing your part by following the suggestions given, we shall be only too glad to do everything we can to help, as you know it is our desire to follow up every case and see that they get the results. However, we cannot do this unless the one in charge has the sincere desire to cooperate with us and see the improvement after the suggestions have been followed.
