This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at the Tutwiler Hotel, Birmingham, Alabama, this 28th day of December, 1922.

Time of Reading 12:15 P. M. Birmingham, Ala.

  1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. We have had this before, you see. Now the physical forces within this body are in some respects a good deal better, for the weakness over the whole system is being produced by the reaction in the system and the climatic conditions at the present time. The body should have some stimulus to the whole system and especially that as will give the greatest stimulus without a reaction to portions of the body already involved, for with the system now absorbing that which will rejuvenate the taut tissue through the sacral ilium and perineurial plexus; without stimulus to the organs to secrete and throw off through the correct channels the body becomes, with climatic conditions and reflex conditions, congested in the centers governing the voluntary forces in the extremities.

  2. Take with the same applications, as we have given, those stimulus that would be found in this: To one gallon water, distilled or rain water, add eight ounces of garden sage, dried, reduced by simmering to one quart. Strain. Add six ounces of sugar dissolved first in warm water just sufficient to dissolve same; 20 grains of ambergris dissolved one ounce of grain alcohol; six ounces of grain alcohol with sixty minims of oil of Juniper and two drams of cinnamon, preferably in the stick. The dose of this would be teaspoonful every four hours when the body is awake, you see. Do that.

  3. (Q) What causes present condition of weakness? (A) We have just given that. We are through.
