EC: Now, the physical conditions in this body, as compared to those when we had this before, at present we find there is the change for the betterment. The general health, the general conditions, the general constitutional conditions, the general pathological conditions, are much improved. The locomotion is improved, but not to the extent in the sacral region that use is gained to the extremities. This we find will be the gradual use gained. It is necessary that the vibrations as given be kept in the system. That is, the violet ray should be applied over the system (lower portion, sacral and lumbar regions, you see), the massage of the limbs or sacral region, and we would add at the present time this, with the massage and the adjusting of the conditions in the sacral and coccyx region. Massage with the Balsam of Sulphur in a state that it may be massaged well in the sacral and lumbar region, and over the body in the groin also, that the enlivening of the muscle, the tissue, in the portion of the body may again have the connection and the incentives in locomotion as may be governed by the branch end of the cerebro-spinal nerve ends that find their connecting forces and sympathetic forces in the region as is in distress (see the body, while not being able to use in the lower limbs, at present is not in distress as it has been). Then, apply this at least every other day, the violet ray, over the portions of the body, the massage or adjusting every other day. The violet ray EVERY day, for at least five minutes, over the whole portion of the trunk portion of spine and over limb.
