EC: Quite a little disturbance down there this morning.

Now we find there are many conditions that are produced from abnormal conditions, yet those producing this are of specific nature and may be corrected. They have to do with the elimination as far as the blood supply, digestive organs and of the excretory system. Hence the many various conditions as appear in the system. Some conditions that come to the ductless glands, some to the lungs proper.

Now, these are conditions as we find them in this body, [4616] we are speaking of.

IN THE BLOOD SUPPLY, quantity and quality deficient. Bacilli carried in blood. Low in rebuilding forces. In the organs of hepatic circulation the blood flow high. At times through the lower portion some inflammation. Little temperature, especially does this occur when the discharge occurs through the menstrual periods, the headaches produced from this same nerve force, and the strain as produced in the circulation.

IN THE NERVE SYSTEM, we find there are centers tied, or lesions formed, causing pressure and the distress as is found in the system; fourth dorsal producing that to the lungs, fifth and eighth dorsal, the diaphragm, and the upper intestinal tract, upper lumbar, the condition in pelvis producing that condition in the center with the difference. Sympathetic system centers about these involved until the perineurial sheath becomes inflamed. Hence the repression through lungs when it is in the upper dorsal, the repression through intestinal tract, inflammation produced through nerves of the colon and lower intestines from the lower dorsal, and the inflammation in hepatics and kidneys gives rise to the condition as exist through this portion of the body at times. This then causes the coldness, lack of circulation, the dull, heavy, bearing down pains through the abdominal region, repression in heart forces, the insomnia, and those tendencies toward melancholy.

FUNCTIONING OF ORGANS, all show the effect of this condition on system. No direct organic conditions in organs save reflexly. This is as shown - throat, lower bronchials, and in lung force, digestive tract and in the pelvic organs, though not organically deranged save through sympathetic and reflex condition.

R E L I E F, to give the relief then for this body, we would take in the system that which would give the correct vibration for this body. Then adjust through chiropractic forces these segments that impinion nerve branches to such an extent as to give the repression in functioning organs. Relaxing that in the lumbar that the organs of pelvis may have the correct incentive for correct vibration, applying heat to the body as found through sponging affected portions with saturated solution of bicarbonate of soda. Then apply heat through heated salt. This will relieve pain in these portions.

As to properties taken, this: To one gallon of rain water add:
Yellow Dock Root…2 ounces, Burdock Root…2 ounces, Black Root…2 ounces, Yellow Root…2 ounces, Elder Flower…4 ounces.

Reduce by simmering (not boiling) to one quart. Strain. While warm add four ounces of grain alcohol with three drams of balsam of tolu cut in it. The dose would be teaspoonful four times each day, after meals, before retiring. Do that.
