1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, now we find there are some abnormal conditions in this body, tho the body is in the developing stage, we find through the nervous system that of the specific nature that causes some abnormal conditions and the effect as produced is to the functioning of the organs of the sensory organism.

2. Now, these are conditions as we find them in this body: The blood supply throughout the whole system is not as strong or sufficient as it should be, for with the strain over the system the nerve forces produce the taxation as to cause malnutrition to portions of the system, the red corpuscles being deficient in numbers, the white showing the lack of the perfect elimination going on in the system at all times.

3. Through the nerve forces we find the action of the cerebrospinal nerves do not coordinate at all times with the action of the sympathetic except at exceptional times nd the re-vibration from the sensory system to the nerves of the cerebro-spinal forces prevent the functioning of the organs, especially of dis-semination in the power of vibration in the vocal chords, while the vibration is present in the action of the mental and brain and sympathetic yet the dis-semination between the power of speech and vibration and sensation of same, to the brain is not discernible, the same as we have from the inability of the eliminating properties and centers in the cervicals that carry circulation of blood and nerve forces, produce the over secretions to the portions of the face and the action of these are to engorge the portions so affected as we have in the head and face proper, see, the nostrils here, you see.

4. In the functioning of the organs proper we find this inability of dissemination is produced by the impinionment and in [an] incoordination of the nerves of the muscles and inferior muscles of the larynx that govern the vocal chords proper. The rest of the system only needs the vibration necessary from more nutriment that would be assimilated by the system or by dietetics, see, for the condition in the cervical region and the action of the circulation to be brought in proper accord and to make co-ordination, we would overcome the condition by manipulation and by suggestion as received through suggestive therapeutics, or mechanotherapy and suggestion would relieve and bring the normal condition to this body and would be capable of power of dissemination in speech. Do that, see.
