This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 27th day of October, 1930, in accordance with request made by self, through his wife - Mrs. [1100].

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [470] - this we have had before. In some respects we find conditions somewhat changed in the general physical forces of the body. There is a tenderness produced by the inclination of impactions in the colon proper. Hence those conditions arising in the system causing pains through the side and through the abdomen, or across the lower portion of the body. While this is not SERIOUS at present, it may become so - should temperature and inflammation set up from same, but would there be the CLEANSING of the colon, with the colonic irrigations, sufficient to allow this to become normal, we will find conditions ON the improve. At each application of the colonic, we WOULD - after the ejection of all fecal matter, and the cleansing of same - irrigate with at at least four to six ounces of a mineral oil - White Russian Oil, see?

2. We would also take, INTERNALLY, small doses of olive oil. Take just a sip, or a quarter to half a teaspoonful every hour, or two hours, for two or three days; then rest a while, see? then begin over again. DO NOT allow same to become rancid in the system, or where that the body belches same, which shows that it is remaining too long, or that there is improper assimilation of same in the system.

3. Be mindful that the diet is of that as will be tending towards the alkalin, and of not too hard for digestion for the system, while the colonics are being given. First, we would take two for the first week, the next week one, then the next week another. This SHOULD clarify the system, provided the rest is kept as given also.

4. Be well that at least twice each week a thorough massage or manipulation be given the whole body. Ready for questions.
