This Psychic Reading given by Edgar Cayce at Tutwiler Hotel, Birmingham, Alabama, this 18th day of December, 1922.

Time of Reading 7:45 P. M. …, Alabama.

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here. We have seen this before, you see [Earlier readings not in E.C.F. files]. Now, we find there are many abnormal conditions in this body, that have to do with the circulation, the functioning of the organs themselves and the condition as produced in the body by the abnormal functioning produced some by outside influences that were at some time back brought to all the body.

2. Now, these are conditions as we find in this body, [4729] we are speaking of at the present time: The blood supply in the system we find is contaminated with those bacilli that are picked up in the system from conditions that exist there. There is an abnormal condition in the red blood, and the white is over-charged by that produced in the system that destroys much of the cell building force through many portions of the body as well as adding to the force that has become a body to be dealt with, within the system itself, not malignant at present but rather that, that grow with itself, see.

3. The nerve forces in the system, we find in the brain force itself, the functioning of these depend upon the intuitive forces within the body, at the present time now we are speaking of, you see. The functioning of the sensory system with the rest of the body becomes that of a reflectory force rather than direct. The organs themselves in the body present the condition as goes through these portions or through the blood force and the nerve condition. Through the throat and larynx, we find the gland forces themselves involved from the condition produced lower within the system itself, you see. The lung force presents that of an organ laboring under the effect, surcharged blood force that destroys cell force in the body and takes of these conditions. Through the digestive tract we find the ulcerations of the portions that cause much of the condition through the system, see, while in exterior portions of the body, from this, the conditions are expressed in the cuticle and the capillary forces of the body, see. The body may be assisted, may be relieved in part for this brain’s forces and developments. Its elements that would give the relief to the portions of the body would be that, that would soothe the overcharge of the conditions in the system, see. Let the water that is taken into the body be of that, that will carry the healing properties within the system to those of exterior portions, but those that would give the capillary circulation the opening of the circulation, see. Give along the spine those vibrations of electric force that will relax the spine sufficiently to assist the body to eliminate, see. To those portions where pain came to the body let it be those stimulus through those of a virus that will destroy the bacilli within the body itself - best be made from the own body’s blood flow, see, that is, the form of vaccine that would be grown from the body’s own blood, see. The rays, that is, the electric rays, see, will only be those of high voltage and low amperage to ease the body, you see, [4729] present here in this room.

4. (Q) Would that be a violet ray, Mr. Cayce? (A) Yes, violet ray would be very good for this body, you see.

5. (Q) Have you any other remedy to suggest for this body, Mr. Cayce? (A) [No answer]

6. (Q) Mr. Cayce, the body wants to know if there was an injury to this body? (A) We have given these with outside influences, that is injury brought to the body, you see. Use these rays, you see, and that of the virus made from the body itself to inject in the body itself.

7. (Q) That would require a physician, wouldn’t it, Mr. Cayce? (A) Require first the laboratory to grow the vaccine, and then the physician last, to inject it in the body.
