This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at the home of his wife”s aunt, Mrs. Kate B. Smith, on East Seventh St., Hopkinsville, Ky., Route 2, Box 20, this 13th day of November, 1935, in accordance with request made by the self - Mr. [478], Active Member of the Ass”n for Research & Enlightenment, Inc.

[Edgar Cayce; Gertrude Cayce, Conductor; Gladys Davis, Steno. Lillian K. and Willie Lee McAllister; Carrie S. and Thomas B. House; Gray and W. H. Salter, Kate B. Smith, Estella Smith, and Hugh Lynn Cayce.]

Time of Reading 12:10 to 12:15 Noon - Central Standard Time. …, Virginia.

  1. GC: You will have before you the conditions surrounding Mrs. [913] of …, Va., in relation to her application for Home Owners’ Loan, and information given through this channel for [478] on November 7, 1935, stating that this loan would eventually be accepted. [See 478-4, Par. 6-A.] A copy of a letter rejecting this loan is in my hand. Please explain and advise just what should be done now.

  2. EC: Yes, we have the information as given here.

  3. As we find, as has been indicated, this would - if there is the persistence on the part of those desiring same - become an accepted loan.

  4. Under the present circumstances it will be necessary that the rejection on the part of the holders of the bonds and a rejection by the Home Loan, owing to the unacceptableness of Home Loan bonds - be reported to those in authority. Not alone in Richmond but in Jones’ office and through those channels. This circumstance should be reported at once. And with the following up of that which will be given through these channels, there will then be a change in the attitude of the situation.

  5. Ready for questions.

  6. (Q) Should Mr. [478] make this report himself, or have Baldwin do it? (A) Go on over Baldwin and Richmond and all! Directly themselves make the report an outstanding situation, that the rejection is by the insurance company holding the bonds. And there will then be that reported which will require the reports, following up.

Do that.

  1. We are through with this reading.
