EC: We have had this before, you see.

Now, we find the general condition, and those producing specific distress to portions of this body, are greatly improved. There are certain centers and ligaments and tissue involved in the condition as yet. Though the elimination in the system has been greatly improved, there needs be more of those vibrations given the system that will counteract conditions in the body and gradually build the system to the better vibration. With conditions existing as we had them before, we cannot expect these to be overcome immediately, but with the general condition, and that producing the improper vibration, corrected, and being corrected, the body will gradually be on the improve, for specific condition as we find in the limbs, the nerves, the ligaments, become inflamed by the lack of elimination and poor circulation. We would apply each day this: Saturated solution of rain water and common table salt, with warm bandages of pure apple vinegar to drive the ingredients in, and create the necessary vibration for circulation to remove conditions, by producing counter irritation in parts affected. As this removes the soreness and inflammation, gently massage these properties, fixed or prepared in equal quantities into the joints and portions affected.

Take those medicinal properties again in system, as given, and add every third day this: To one half glass of water add half a teaspoonful plain phosphate of soda, with five drops syrup of sarsaparilla, with one drop of oil of white pine.

Keep that in the system, with the vibrations to exterior portions and local applications, and we will find we will gradually build the correct vibration, elimination and assimilation throughout this system.

Be careful of diet, as we have given. Be persistent and consistent with the whole application of properties as given.
