EC: Yes, we have the body here. We have had this before you see. Now we find the conditions in this body are much improved from those when we had it heretofore. The conditions through the whole system, in the assimilation of forces to meet the resistance as is needed from the toxins as absorbed and taken up by the system through the channels that give the distressed forces to the vital portions of the muscular and tissue in the body, still show some signs of disturbance, especially through the glands in the trunk portion of body, those along the upper portion of the intestinal tract, those that have to do with the functioning of the colon in its action across the body, those of the pelvic organs that function in the distributing of forces of genitation and through the liver and hepatic circulation. These we find in some distress, but a great deal better than when we had them before.

The blood force in the body still has some of the elements as taken in the system from the lack of the excretory functioning of the liver and kidneys and how the circulation is changed, and gives the full, achey feeling across the diaphragm, the heaviness in limbs and feet and dull headache without any apparent centralization of same. This we see is effects of the distraught conditions at present.

We would at the present time take this in the system to meet this condition and to prevent the action of the toxins in body - see? as medicinal properties:
Tincture of Valerian…4 ounces, Bromide of Potassium…15 grains, Iodide of Potassium…2 grains, Elixir Calisaya…4 ounces, Elixir Celerina…1 ounce, Capsicum…1 grain.
Sufficient simple syrup to make 12 ounces.

The dose would be teaspoonful four times each day, after meals and before retiring.

The body should take exercise with the body lying prone both night and morning - see? Of evenings or night those of the arms and limbs see? Of mornings with the body lying prone, or on back, those for the hips and abdomen - see? by circular turning force of the body - see?

Sponge the body along the spine after each exercise. Then rub well until the circulation is brought to the surface with coarse cloth. Do that, Mrs. [4832] by, present in this room.
