This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 15th day of December, 1926, in accordance with request made by self - Mrs. [4863], via Mrs. D. P. Taylor.

1. GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time. You will diagnose the case thoroughly, giving the cause of the existing conditions, also the treatment for the cure and relief of this body.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here.

3. Now, we find there are those conditions that cause trouble and distress in portions of the body at times. While there are many conditions that are very good, and that are normal to the body, yet those conditions as exist should be corrected, for with these constantly arising and constantly increasing their troubles and the drosses, when there comes strain in the system these would prove very bad, and the effects from this are those conditions that cause the distress in functioning organs at times. There has remained in the system for some time those conditions from that of the functioning of the organs in the pelvic region, this causing the distress by the eliminations not being carried out properly, and these drosses finding lodgement in the functioning of portions of the system have set up a form of irritation that causes or produces a form of that condition which may be catarrhal at certain stages. The constant inflammation that is produced by these drosses being left, and the irritation through the congestion as produces more strain on portion of the body, give the distresses to the body, as is seen in nausea, in headaches, in troubles with the circulation - with the feet at times, and with the dull heaviness as is shown in portions of the body. This, then, as we see, is an unequalized condition with the system continually attempting to adjust itself by the increased condition of the circulation, or the increased number of leukocyte to be produced within the system to meet the needs of that necessary to destroy tissue setting up inflammation in portions of the system. Hence the coagulation becomes bad at times. At other times we find a heavy drain on the whole system, with no particular organ involved, yet all suffering - yet we find specific pains coming in portions of the body, and much from that as corrected in the pelvic region - for this having been corrected in a way and manner is bettered, yet the condition left in the system causes the distress.

4. Then, to meet the needs of these conditions at the present time, we would get at, as it were, the seat of the condition as is produced. Then, as the system becomes cleared, meet the needs necessary for the elimination entirely of the condition from the system.

5. Then, we would take internally these properties: First we would prepare the carrier for same, in this way and manner:

6. To one-half (1/2) gallon of distilled water, add six (6) ounces of Wild Cherry, or Black Cherry Bark, and reduce by simmering (not boiling) to one-half (1/2) the quantity. To this add:

Syrup of Sarsaparilla Compound…2 ounces, Tincture of Stillingia…1/2 ounce, Elixir Calisaya…1 ounce, Fluid Extract Yellow Dock Root…1/2 ounce, Extract Polk [Poke?]…10 minims, Tincture in solution Tolu…1/4 ounce, Iodide of Potassium 10% solution…20 minims, Bromide of Potassium 10% solution…1/4 ounce, Oil of Pepperment…10 minims.

Shake the solution well to-gether before each dose is taken. The dose would be half (1/2) a teaspoonful three (3) times each day, taken about half an hour before meals.

7. Be careful of the diet, that the eliminations are set up in the system and that the tendency toward either that of the constipation or too laxness is not created, even though necessary to use enemas to keep this in shape - that is, it is well to use enemas for this body whether there is laxness or whether it’s necessary for the conditions to be removed by giving the high enemas, see? Well, too, that douches be given in the vagina, that the system be kept clear from secretions from inflammation as arises from these conditions as have been created aforetime in the system - for this produces irritation in the body. Well that when these are used that at least a teaspoonful Glyco-Thymoline be used in the douche, see?

8. After this has been used for ten (10) days, we would begin wearing the Radium Appliance, for this will create an equilibrium in blood and nerve system.

9. Do that for the present. When this has been used for sixty (60) days, the Appliance and all the medicinal properties taken, we would then give that necessary for the change.

I received the reading given me the 15th of Dec. and wish to say it is a correct diagnosis of my case in fact it is a more complete examination than I have ever had and no Dr. has ever described a cure. 3 of the best Drs. in Bgham have said the skin eruption or eczema and abcess in the ears & also boils were caused from a catarrhal condition of the bowels otherwise I am in the best of health and I do thank you for the Reading - Respt., Mrs. [4863]

CONDITIONS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN BEST RESULTS FROM READING:

First: There must be the sincere desire of the person wishing the assistance (Or of one responsible for the physical and spiritual life of the individual)
