This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at his office, 115 West 35th Street, Virginia Beach, Va., this 5th day of June, 1930, in accordance with request made by self - Mr. [488].

1. EC: Yes, we have the body here, [488]. In many ways conditions are improved, though outward appearances would apparently be of more irritation, more distresses to the extremities, and some changes in the system as related to their centralized, or the segregations, and instead of being in one they spread to the upper portions as well as to the lower at times. This, as we find, is a condition wherein the CAUSES of irritation has been, as it were, stirred up - without the ELIMINATIONS of the conditions being carried on in a proper way and manner. Most of this, then, will require a more CLOSELY guarded condition, to bring about the proper eliminations. We would, not only for the eliminations in and through the alimentary canal, where the system is taking charge, as it were, through the circulation, and throwing off the drosses as are carried - but we would apply some local conditions that will assist, when these distresses are seen through those portions of the body where the conditions become apparent. A counter-irritant from the exterior forces will allow the circulation, both in the lymph and in the circulatory forces to the greater portion of the circulations, to carry off and throw off more of the conditions. These, we would find, may be in - or would be with the application of any that will add to the system in the form of any of the preparations whose BASIC force is of the cayenne [capsicum?] nature; whether that in bomgay (?) [Balm of Bengay?], or in those of the camphorated forces that the basic activity of same is as cayenne.

2. (Q) Should the prescription be refilled? (A) Subscription and prescription should both be refilled. Subscription, meaning - as to applying to self, and NOT fooling or going over the condition.
