This psychic reading given by Edgar Cayce at the office of the Association, Arctic Crescent, Virginia Beach, Va., this 6th day of July, 1944, in accordance with request made by self - Miss [5091], Living Sponsor of the Ass”n for Research and Enlightenment, Inc.

Time of Reading Set bet. 10:30 to 11:30 A. M. Eastern War Time. N.Y.C.

1. GC: You will give the physical condition of this body at the present time with suggestions for further corrective measures, answering the questions, as I ask them.

2. EC: Yes, we have the body here: [5091]; this we have had before.

3. As we find, there are general improvements in the body. We would follow through with these for at least another six to eight treatments, see; that is, the hydrotherapy and massage, all of those which have been indicated.

4. We would keep the use of the violet ray as outlined for the eyes.

5. Also take morning and night (while the vibrations of the violet ray would be only one-half minute in the evening) the head and neck exercise.

6. If we follow through with these, as has been given, we should find much bettered conditions for this body.

7. Ready for questions.

8. (Q) Over how long a period should the violet ray be continued? (A) Until there is indicated a much better condition with the eyes. This may be for another three to five weeks, and then gradually let the spaces be farther and farther apart, covering several other weeks, see, and then, gradually, or until there is definite improvement in the eye, vision.

9. (Q) Have the treatments at Dr. Reilly’s accomplished the desired results? (A) Read what has been given. It is accomplishing and thus, as suggested, some six to eight more.

10. (Q) Are there any further suggestions for my better health when returning to Utah? (A) We would follow through with these, be practical, be consistent and we will find we should keep in better health.

R1. 7/16/44 [5091]‘s letter: ”…I cannot begin to tell you how thankful we are the way everything has worked out for us on our trip, the only disappointment being not able to have gone to Virginia Beach. Mrs. [5089] and I received the Check Physical readings and I was able to have three more treat- ments by Dr. Reilly, and he was quite pleased with the results. Just two days ago, I located a double eye applicator, so will use that upon our return to Utah. We will eagerly await the weekly Bulletins for they mean so much to us, so please have our address changed…”

R2. 9/21/44 [5091]‘s letter: ”…Although my health has improved, I am in a quandary about the Mental-Spiritual reading of May 15 [5091-3] how to go about setting down my ideals spiritually, mentally and physically, and I am wondering whether I could have a Check reading on this particular phase, for I want to come into the awareness of Christ (consciously) more than anything else in the world. Am also enclosing my check in case this can be done…”

I hesitated because of your full schedule, but he thinks it would be the thing before returning west. Could this be done before July 6?…”
