GC: You will go over this body carefully, examine it thoroughly, and tell me the conditions you find at the present time; giving the cause of the existing conditions, also suggestions for help and relief of this body; answering the questions, as I ask them:
-
EC: Yes, here conditions are rather serious. From the injuries which have been received, there are the tendencies, from the jars to the body and the brain, for the softening or lack of virile energy being replenished; or senility. Thus the tendencies for the lapses into a coma or semi-coma.
-
As we find, the only help here would be the plain active force in the low electrical forces of the Wet Cell Appliance carrying gold only, for at least a month. Then change, but have a different connection, after recharging, and use vibratorially in the same manner the Spirits of Camphor. This for fifteen days, and then change to the Gold again for the next fifteen days. Then the camphor again. Then the Gold again.
-
The gold would be in the proportions of one grain to one ounce, but charge the Appliance rather heavily, using then at least two pounds of Copper Sulphate.
-
The application for the commercial strength Camphor would be to the brachial center, with the small copper plate, or to the 2nd and 3rd dorsal.
-
The larger plate each time would be used at the umbilical and lacteal duct, which on this body would be three fingers from the navel center directly to the right and then two fingers up from that point, for the Gold as well as the Camphor, and when the Gold is attached, the smaller plate would be to the 9th dorsal center.
-
Do these, they offer the greater hope. But as we find, unless there can be aroused the great desire to the body-mind that it wishes to live purposefully, there is not much to be done.
-
Ready for questions.
-
(Q) Would it be wise for him to move to Vineland, New Jersey? (A) It would be better to remove to Vineland because there the applications may be made. In the present surroundings little may be done.
After each of these using thirty minutes each day the gold (for thirty days) follow this with a gentle massage along the spine using the equal combinations of Olive Oil and Tincture of Myrrh. Heat the oil to add the Myrrh. This should be massaged into base of brain, 3rd cervical, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th dorsal, 9th dorsal and throughout the lumbar area.
-
(Q) Can his leg and arm be restored to usefulness, and how? (A) This may be done by the massage, but as given much depends upon the response in and through the brain forces of the body. The building vibratorially of nerve energy through the application of the Gold offers a chance for nerves and blood supply to replenish that we may recuperate. In the present it is insufficient.
-
(Q) In his fall after Christmas did he injure his back? (A) As has been indicated, the areas where there has been the suggestion for the correction may indicate, and just how much damage done, by the results you obtain.
-
(Q) What causes apparent difficulty in lifting the head? [“Our physician reported that no bones had been broken and said nothing of any other injury.”] (A) Those are also from the submerging of the own ego of the entity. Follow through with those suggestions indicated for the possibilities of the better improvements. The Appliance is to be used thirty minutes each day. The gold is to be used alone for thirty days, and the massage with the oil following same. Use all the body will absorb, sponging off any excess with weak soda water solution, a teaspoonful to a gallon of water.

Reports & Follow-up
R1. 5/31/47 Report by sister: “My brother [5309] has since died. I felt that his reading was helpful but could not get the … doctors to sponsor the treatment recommended, and because of his weakened condition I did not dare move him to … where he might have been treated by Dr. Marion Dick. However, there was the question of his desire to live. That was brought out in the reading and, knowing him as I did, I was not surprised.”

Background
B1. 5/2/44 Sister’s letter: “He has been ill for about 2 years, and after a fall in January confined to a hospital for 2 weeks and later in a convalescent home where he is now. He still has to remain in bed, but is gaining slowly.”
B2. 6/12/44 Letter: “My brother has been so ill, his condition so serious, involving anemia over a period of years, partial loss of use of left arm and leg, periods of unconsciousness which the doctor attributes to anemia of the brain, and times when he is not altogether mentally alert. After a fall in January he spent 2 weeks in a hospital and went from there to a convalescent home. There is slow improvement. He is pleasantly located and has excellent care. We wish to keep from him anything that might be discouraging about his condition, so will ask that the reading be mailed to me.” Only question submitted not asked: Is it possible to cure the periods of unconsciousness?
