Hence the rest period from manipulations as well as the Appliance would be well at the present.

At least twice or three times a week we would still drink the orange juice with the lemon or lime; or the grapefruit juice. These are preferable just before retiring. Or make them altogether the meal in the morning, with whole wheat toast and coffee WITHOUT cream or milk.
