EC: Yes, we have the body here, [538].

As we find, there is not so much tension in those areas as was last indicated here.

There needs be the better body-building; but we would keep the osteopathic treatments for at least another three to four such adjustments, that there may be the full relaxing.

And keep those precautions not to overtax the system, - that is, the straining of the eyes, see, - until there has been at least the adjustment of the glasses, or the glass for that particular eye [Eyeglasses to be fitted for left eye, now no sight in the right eye.], you see.

Thus we should continue to find better conditions being brought for the body.

(Q) The osteopath suggests waiting six weeks before having the eyeglasses changed. Is this advisable? (A) Three more weeks should be sufficient; with the treatments and then a wait of a week, you see.

(Q) He also suggested taking Patch’s Cod Liver Oil and Mead’s Yeast. (A) These are very good; but as we find the better combination would be the Codiron, as the combinations here are much preferable to the yeast - for we have the iron and the vitamins, though there IS a quantity of the D. Then, use the Germ Oil - one drop twice a day - which will counteract this and make for a much better condition. Take three pellets of the Codiron a day; these may be taken at once, or one at each meal. Take them AT the meal!

(Q) Should I take the six tablets of - (A) (Interrupting) Take Codiron, as indicated.

(Q) What is meant by germ oil? (A) Means Germ Oil - germ of wheat! One drop twice a day.

(Q) The outline of the vitamins for diet as given by Dr. Richardson, that I hold in my hand, - do you find these good for the body to follow? (A) These are fair.
The vitamins that are needed, as indicated, are contained in Codiron, AND the Oil that will counteract the excess of D and produce a BETTER regeneration of the activities of the system - it would be very good for everyone when there is a period close to the menopause, or adjustments of any nature - Germ Oil [Wheat Germ Oil].
